Sick Days: 10 days per year (2 of these days may be used as Personal Days in lieu of sick days)
Vacation:
  • Based on date of hire:
  • Beginning first year accrue at 80 hours per year
  • Beginning third year accrue at 120 hours per year
  • Beginning sixth year accrue at 160 hours per year
Holidays: 9 paid holidays New Year's Day, Martin Luther King, President's Day, Good Friday(another religious holiday may be substituted), Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
   
401(K):
  • Full Time and Part Time employees are eligible to begin their contributions after being employed 12 months, and 1000 hrs worked during the previous year. During each open enrollment, hours are calculated and if eligible, employer contributions will begin January 1, April 1, July1, or October 1 (begining of each quarter) depending on hire date.
  • Auto enrollment of 2% based on qualified date, employee must decline using form.
  • Employee pre-tax contributions.
  • Up to 3% discretionary employer match based on years of service after 1 year service according to policy.
Profit Share: Discretionary contributions are based on salary & years of service.
Flexible Spending Account: Full Time employees are eligible to enroll in the pre tax benefit. You can put money into this account to be used for other approved Medical expenses. You can also put money into an account for Dependant care.
Employee Assistance Program: Confidential counseling program for employees and their families for help with personal life issues, financial & retirement planning.
