BankWork$ Career Training Program


An Investment for A Better Tomorrow


BankWork$ is an entirely free, eight-week program that prepares individuals for a career in the financial sector. The program covers essential skills and information needed to succeed in the financial sector such as business etiquette, money handling procedures, and banking regulations. 

Bank Work$ also teaches and develops interview skills. 75% of graduates have found careers in banking since BankWork$ launched in 2016, thanks to long-term partnerships with Arizona’s top employers and generous community support.
