creating brighter futures for the previously incarcerated

making re-entry possible

A New Leaf’s Second Chance Program provides assistance to men being released from prison into Maricopa County.

Following their release, participants are given access to a variety of supportive services by A New Leaf, including professional clothing assistance, hygiene kits, and continued help with employment.

With critical support, and a comprehensive foundation of additional support services, A New Leaf is giving people exiting prison a second chance at life.

This program is part of an effort to demonstrate the potential impact of assistance on recidivism of individuals exiting the prison system, the Second Chance Program is on the cutting edge of national models for reducing crime.
