Any offer of employment with A New Leaf is contingent upon a successful consumer report to include verification of employment, driving records and criminal background search. All employees given an offer of employment must meet following driving insurability per our liability insurance guidelines.
- All employees must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check for the purpose of obtaining DPS Class One Fingerprint Clearance Card. A New Leaf will assist you with your fingerprints during New Employee Orientation (N.E.O.).
Should DPS deny your Class 1 Clearance Card, you may be terminated from your employment with A New Leaf upon verification of the denial from DPS. If you are concerned whether or not you will qualify to receive a valid Class 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card, please call DPS in advance at (602) 223-2279.

The Office of Behavioral Health and Licensing (OBHL) require that all direct-care employees are at least 21 years of age.
Depending on positions and driving-related responsibilities, all employees will need to have a valid Arizona Drivers license.
- An eligible candidate not given an offer of employment may remain on review and may be processed by our Program Managers for any additional open positions.
