Prescott Retreat Center

What is it?

• A 5 bedroom, 3 bath house set among the beautiful boulders of Prescott.  It's perfect for relaxing, family time, teambuilding or just to get-away
• A low-cost rental site for groups or family reunions, retreats, destination get-aways, training or strategic planning

The house is "fully" furnished and includes 2 meeting rooms, 2 patios with spectacular views, and a large kitchen with all major appliances & cooking necessities.

Strictly limited to 15 guests.

Cost

• $100 per night based on 5 guests plus $5 for each additional guest
• Non-profit children's groups are limited to 15 individuals (including chaperones) @ 150 per night.

Deposit

A $100 refundable cleaning/key deposit is due in cash or check at the time of your confirmed reservation. It may be refunded within two weeks of your stay pending the immediate return of the key and check list (within 24 hours of your stay and property inspection).

Cancellation

Cancellations must be made two weeks before arrival date to receive refund (unless the property is re-rented by another group). Reservations cannot be made more than 90 days prior to the date requested. Confirmation of your reservation will be made no earlier than 30 days prior to arrival date. A New Leaf reserves the right to deny any reservation request at any time.

Due to the high demand for reservations during holidays and the summer months, no group or individual may reserve the retreat for more than one holiday or more than one weekend during the summer (May - Sept) in a calendar year.
