providing top quality healthcare

A New Leaf’s La Mesita Family Care provides top quality, community-based behavioral health and medical services to children and adults in the East Valley.
Compassionate staff members work with children and adults to overcome the challenges they face, whether it be ADHD, depression, anxiety disorders, relationship issues, substance use, or trauma-related issues, such as abuse, neglect, or domestic violence.
Designed with all of the needs of a patient in mind, La Mesita Family Care is able to provide medical care, counseling, case management, medication management, and support services as needed. This integrated care approach allows an individual to obtain all of the care they need to address their challenges in one convenient location – dramatically improving their health and wellness.
Clients can remain in services as long as they maintain their eligibility status, and until all identified treatment goals are achieved, which is determined through collaboration with their treatment team.

If you are a new client or haven’t been seen in over a year, please call 480-969-6955 (East Valley) or 623-934-1991 (West Valley) to schedule an intake appointment.
