Since 1971, A New Leaf has provided assistance to those most in need in our community, helping families, children, and adults overcome the challenges they face.
Communities are made stronger when families are safe, have a secure home, are able to provide for themselves and their children, and are ultimately given a chance to make a brighter future for themselves.
By offering these compassionate services, we help households move from crisis to stability, making our community a better place to live.

Dawn Noonan joined A New Leaf’s team in 2017 playing a pivotal role in streamlining operations and fostering growth, contributing to the organization’s success and impact in its mission and core values. With over 25 years of leadership experience in business operations, Dawn has specialized expertise in human resources services. She intuitively sees the threads of opportunity that wind through an organization, brings them together with others to extend their thinking to drive business strategies and positive operational changes. Throughout her career, Dawn has empowered peers and team members to recognize their unique capabilities to position themselves as key contributors by addressing career strategy, leadership development and visibility. She has an enthusiasm and optimistic belief in people that inspires them to become prouder, stronger, and more valuable contributors to their organizations and the people they serve.
